Panel

Flat side panes (v2): no radius, shadow or inset, surfaces collapse to the page colour inside, a 1px seam toward the content; pane (code), drawer (artifact panel / file viewer next to the chat), flat overlay and uncontained; frame-row headers with a 1px rule. Focus rings inside cut out against the panel surface.

Artifact panel: flush to the pane edges, radius 0, no shadow, the page colour (surface-2 / -3 resolve to surface-1 inside a panel) and a 1px seam on its start edge (#0000001a | #ffffff1a). bar header 45 (padding 8, a 1px border-line rule), gap 12; tools at 70 % (dark) / 80 % (light) ink. Appears without a transition.

Headers

Every header is a frame row (45 | 48 touch: 28 control + padding 8/8 + a 1px border-line rule). titled: title 14/20 secondary, “·” at 50 % and the muted type. toolbar: the code pane row (title start, tools end) above a body with a top rule.

flat: card radius, 1px border, surface-1 and shadow-panel-md; fades in over 200ms and closes on Escape.
