List header (sticky)
Scroll the frame: the band stays on top over its frosted ground and a 1px border-line rule fades in under it. Title row 48px (64 at md+, title at y 32–64); tabs and controls share the second line 16px below (band 88 without tabs); adjacent ghost icons sit 4px apart, 12px before the primary button. Narrow the window: tabs collapse into a menu.

Description and detail
With a description (and no tabs) the controls stay on the title row and the 14/20 muted description spans the header. Detail: serif 24/1.3 title clamped to 2 lines, actions, 12/17 meta with dot separators, 3-line description.
