Message scroller
The transcript scroller: a role=feed list of articles with arrow-key navigation, a jump-to-latest button, under a translucent title row.
Transcript#
v2: the scroller starts at y 0 under the translucent ruled title row (Toolbar translucent) and pads its top by the frame row + 8 (headerInset: 53 on a fine pointer); content 736 inside a 768 list that keeps 12px from the column edges. No bottom gradient (R19). Scroll up: a 36px frosted circle (surface-2 80 %, .5px hairline) appears centred 20px above the dock; clicking jumps to the end in one frame. Focus a message and use the arrow keys, Home and End; exactly one message is in the tab order.
Use the up and down arrow keys to move between messages.
